    Painless Experience
    I just wanted to thank you again for making this such a painless experience. Having lived in the house for 28 years, I didn't know what to expect and being a single woman, I was apprehensive about all that was involved in getting a house ready to put on the marketand the selling process itself. You were so generous with your time and patient with all my questions and I truly appreciate everything that you did to guide me through it. Your suggestions for minor and cosmetic repairs helped me to get a good price for the house and you went beyond the call of duty when you showed me how to re-caulk the bathtub!     Ernie's name came to our minds
    When we were contemplating selling our house, Ernie's name came to our minds. Approximately one year earlier, Ruth had met Ernie as a customer in the store where she works. He was courteous and pleasant, and so it had been a pleasure to serve him. During the conversation, she discovered that he was a real estate agent with RE/MAX. Ruth said that when we sell our house, we should ask Erine to list it. So we asked him to evaluate and list our house because of this previous experience in the store.
